House rules

Effective from 11 October 2026

Thank you for choosing us! The villa is a residential house – Emese, your host, lives here too – so we ask you to follow a few simple rules so that everyone feels at home.

Arrival and departure

• Check-in: between 2:00 PM and 9:00 PM, self check-in with a key safe. We send the code and detailed directions by e-mail before you arrive.
• If you arrive after 9:00 PM, please let us know in advance by phone or e-mail.
• Check-out: by 10:00 AM. Please return the key as described in your arrival instructions.
• Hungarian law requires us to record guests’ identity or travel document details on arrival (guest registration). Your confirmation e-mail explains how this works.

Guests

• The apartment is designed for two; with extra beds it sleeps up to 4 guests.
• Extra beds cost €30 per adult per night; please request them when booking.
• Only the guests named in the booking may stay overnight.

In the house

• The apartment is non-smoking.
• We are unable to accept pets.
• Please respect the peace of the house and the neighbours, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Parties and events are not allowed.
• The private garden area and garden furniture are for guests only.
• When you leave, please switch off the air conditioning and lights, and close the doors and windows.

Parking and bikes

• One free parking space is available in the gated courtyard – please mention when booking if you’re arriving by car.
• Bikes can be kept in the secure bike storage.

Payment and cancellation

• Payment on arrival: cash, bank transfer or SZÉP card (OTP, MBH, K&H).
• No deposit is required. Your booking is final once you receive the confirmation e-mail.
• Cancellation is free until confirmation. Terms for cancelling after confirmation are set out in the confirmation e-mail.

If anything comes up

Emese lives in the house and can be reached by phone at any time: +36 20 380 2572. If something breaks or gets damaged, please let her know – under Hungarian law guests are liable for damage they cause.
